Staff Thenmoly was very helpful and gave an excellent service Liked: Central location easy to get around Disliked: Need a ceiling fan not just air conditioning
Pathetic and bad Liked: Pathetic. Hotel was located on the main road and rooms were noisy. Also aircon didnt work amd has to change the room. Disliked: Cockroaches in the rooms and noisy.
Do not book this stay. Liked: Nothing Disliked: Very disappointing experience, especially considering how expensive this hotel was. The rooms were extremely small, poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a serious issue — we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. For the amount we paid, the overall quality of the room and service was nowhere close to what I would expect. For the same price, you could easily stay at a proper 5-star hotel in India and receive significantly better rooms, cleanliness, facilities, and service. I would also take some of the positive reviews with a grain of salt. During our stay, guests were being offered free coffee for leaving reviews, which made me question how representative some of the ratings really are. Overall, this hotel was absolutely not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.
Not up to the mark. Made me rethink about singapore itself. Liked: No breakfast was provided. Disliked: The staff was rude and not cooperative. It was like they were looking down on me. Which is not nice. The room had cockroaches. And outside food was not allowed, for a business trip this is bare minimum. They neither provide inhouse food, nor allow outside food. That's really really really bad.
Liked: The receptions was very rude - did not expect that behaviour
